Just Begin

I've started and stopped this blog in my mind about a thousand times over the last few years.  It's not that I haven't blogged before. It was easier, I think, to write my old blog.  A technology tip blog with the newest and coolest tools, the posts almost wrote themselves. Why, then, is this blog so hard to begin? This time is different.  I want this blog to be more personal, a reflection of my role as a digital learning coach.  I want to be able to share wins, ask questions about challenges I face and be open to growth.   My problem? I'm not sure if anyone will want to read this.  I'm not sure if I will want to read this.  I'm my own toughest critic and most days I feel less than awesome about my skills and abilities. Even so, a voice inside me says, "Just begin."  After all, that's what we as coaches are trying to help others to do.  To try, to be open to help, to fail and recover, to seek the unknown.   If I can't, then why would t
