About Me
I have had the pleasure of working at several different schools on the elementary level over the years. Most recently, I served Cottonwood Creek Elementary and Town Center Elementary. Cottonwood Creek is a school of Leadership, leveraging learners' passions and strengths to help them succeed. It was one of 2 schools in our district that piloted 1:1 iPads at the 4th and 5th grade level. Town Center is our district's STEM elementary campus, helping to develop learners' interests through design thinking. Previously, I had the opportunity to help open Richard J. Lee Elementary, an Apple Distinguished Campus, support the learning at 2 of our other elementary schools in Coppell, as well as participate in a variety of initiatives and projects at the district level.
Before coming to CISD, I worked as Director of Training and Implementation at Study Island, a K-12 edtech company. I also taught both Kindergarten and 3rd Grade.
I am challenged and inspired everyday while working with the amazing educators that I coach.
